Daily Routine Charts for Kids

A visible routine chart turns nagging into a game: your child checks off each step themselves, and the chart — not you — says what comes next. These weekly check-off charts cover the two flashpoints of every family's day: getting out the door and getting into bed.

Making routine charts actually stick

Put the chart at your child's eye level (fridge or bedroom door), let them make the checkmark themselves — that's the whole point — and resist tying it to rewards at first; the finished row of checkmarks is its own payoff for most kids. Laminate it or use a dry-erase pocket and one print lasts months.
